Next one from my regular all year round series. The idea for this brew came while visiting one of the summer music festivals. Classic India Pale Ale with the finest hop combo from the USA. A slight addition of cara malt calms down the insane bitterness of this brew and forms another interesting beer.

FOOD: Cheddar cheese, BBQ, Thai cuisine.
CIGAR: Montecristo White Belicoso.
